Theme/Topic: Going over what everyone has been brainstorming together and or thinking about (logos, flyers, logistics, marketing, plans, and much more.) We will also be talking more about our event we are all putting together for December 1st.

December 1st; Friday (de-stressor week.)
HLC
Room number; HLC 1304 (Maximum students: 20 to 24)
Meeting time; 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM (leaves an hour before and after to clean/mingle.)
Yoga instructor; Kimberly Wharton (many different practices; Hatha, restorative, therapeutic, and more.)
Meeting time for yoga teacher; 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM (Will stay 20-30 minutes after to talk to students and those who wish to know learn more. 1:30 pm until 2:00 PM.)
SAC
Room number; SAC 1130 (Multi-Purpose room.) (Maximum students: 20 to 24)
Meeting time; 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM (leaves an hour before and after to clean/mingle.)

Side note about the event
The first 20 minutes, MariaLi will talk about stress from a psychology perspective integrating the topic within the perspective of mind-body practices, with emphasis on yoga. That is, what she will do for the educational part first and then Kimberly would contribute as needed.
